Reinventing Corporate Recess 201

There are two aspects to corporate recess.

First, research has shown that people are more productive throughout the day, and especially toward the end of the day, when they have taken time to recharge themselves. 
Recall how great you usually felt after recess - more energy, more concentration.  Two sessions of three hours, each on a different day gives you time to practice recess - what fun.

Second, while recess is fun it is also something different, A CHANGE, in the work setting.  When a company needs to launch a change initiative, it is extremely helpful to understand in a safe, fun setting people's reaction to change.  This allows the Change Integrators to gather valuable information upon which to build a workable change initiative.  (for more details see the Corporate Recess tab to the left.

We explain and set up the processes and the environment in which change needs to be launched.  We CANNOT launch change processes or plan to meet today's challenges using the methods of yesterday. Using yesterdays processes, only a small fraction of the results you are looking for will be realized.  Full human capabilities must be used and that requires knowledge of how that is accomplished.  PLEASE do not initiate change using methods you learned yesterday.  UPGRADE AND UPDATE.

In a 22' diameter globe which seats up to 20 to 30 people, have your meeting inside the globe with the Earth visible all around you.  We have seen how our perception of the Earth changed when we saw Earth from space.  Now let your self imagine the change possibilities seeing Earth, its oceans, land masses, deserts, forests all around you - from inside the Earth.  Change begins to happen naturally.
